  • 1 cup granulated sugar acts as a sweetener; substitute with simple syrup for quicker mix
  • 1 cup blue raspberry syrup provides flavor and color; swap with blue raspberry snow cone syrup if needed
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice fresh offers the best flavor, but bottled will work

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 1 cup of granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour in the cooled simple syrup, 1 cup of blue raspberry syrup, and ¾ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in 3 cups of chilled filtered water, stirring gently. Fill the pitcher with ice cubes to chill.
  4. Add thin lemon slices for garnish, stir gently, and serve immediately over ice.
