  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Can be replaced with other fresh herbs like basil or chives if desired.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts Add a crunchy texture when rolled; choose your favorite.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Finely chop the salami, pepperoni, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the chopped ingredients into the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
