- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix until smooth.
- Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat a skillet over low to medium-low heat. Place two slices of bread butter-side down and add half of cheese blend.
- Top each sandwich with remaining slices of bread, butter-side up, and gently press down.
- Cook the sandwiches on low heat for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook for another 4–5 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve immediately.
