Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the beef stew meat into bite-sized pieces. Halve the baby potatoes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sear the beef pieces until browned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the halved potatoes to the slow cooker and add seared beef and garlic butter sauce.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving hot.
