Ingredients
  

For the Beef Filling
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Use ground chuck (15-25% fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Cheesy Goodness
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
For the Tortillas
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 4 large Optional Whole Wheat Tortillas
For the Garlic Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted for better seasoning control
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh garlic recommended
For the Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Pickles
  • 1/4 cup Optional Jalapeños For a spicy kick

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small bowl and mix in the minced garlic.
  5. Lay the flour tortillas flat and distribute the beef mixture across each, then top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush the outside of each rollup with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Slice into pinwheels and serve garnished with sliced pickles.
