Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small bowl and mix in the minced garlic.
- Lay the flour tortillas flat and distribute the beef mixture across each, then top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the outside of each rollup with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Slice into pinwheels and serve garnished with sliced pickles.
