  2. Step 2: Make Garlic Butter. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat before browning.
  3. Step 3: Cook Rice. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add brown rice, stir, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Step 4: Steam Veggies. Add green beans or spinach to a steaming basket over boiling water. Steam for 4-6 minutes until vibrant and tender.
