  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese or Monterey Jack/pepper jack
For the Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough regular or buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
For the Topping
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese or Pecorino Romano
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned, then stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, flatten the refrigerated biscuit dough into circles, about 4-5 inches wide.
  4. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the cooled beef and cheese filling in the center of each biscuit circle. Pinch and twist the edges to seal.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a lined baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
