Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned, then stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- On a lightly floured surface, flatten the refrigerated biscuit dough into circles, about 4-5 inches wide.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of the cooled beef and cheese filling in the center of each biscuit circle. Pinch and twist the edges to seal.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Arrange the bombs on a lined baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes
Cool the filling before assembling to prevent soggy dough. Pinch tightly to avoid leaks, and avoid overfilling your bombs.
