  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice a baguette into ½-inch thick rounds, place them on a baking sheet, and drizzle olive oil over each slice. Bake for 8-10 minutes until gold and crispy.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add shrimp seasoned with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. In a bowl, mash ripe avocados until smooth and mix in lime juice and salt.
  5. Spread the avocado mixture on baked crostini and top each with smoky garlic shrimp.
  6. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
