Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the white chocolate by microwaving it with vegetable shortening in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Assemble the marshmallows by dipping the bottom of a large marshmallow in the melted chocolate and press it onto parchment paper. Stack two more marshmallows on top using the melted chocolate as glue.
  3. Coat the marshmallow structure evenly with remaining melted chocolate, then set aside to cool for about 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  4. While the chocolate is still wet, gently press the candy eyes onto the marshmallow ghost's upper surface.
  5. Dust the marshmallow with powdered sugar and use the edible marker to create facial features.
