- Melt the white chocolate by microwaving it with vegetable shortening in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Assemble the marshmallows by dipping the bottom of a large marshmallow in the melted chocolate and press it onto parchment paper. Stack two more marshmallows on top using the melted chocolate as glue.
