  • 1/2 medium Red Onion Soak in water to mellow flavor if preferred
  • 1 medium Jalapeño Optional; remove seeds for milder
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Freshness is key
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste

Marinate and Cook
