  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley Fresh cilantro or basil can be alternatives.
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder; use flax egg for vegan.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Garlic powder can replace fresh garlic.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
For the Cranberry Glaze
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade sauce can be made easily.
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can work in a pinch.
  • 2 tbsp Honey Maple syrup is an excellent vegan substitute.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey over medium heat.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the cranberry glaze before serving.
