Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, parsley, basil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly until creamy.
- Pound each chicken breast to an even thickness of about half an inch using plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly across each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken rolls to the prepared baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the rolls rest for a few minutes, remove toothpicks, slice, and serve with garnishes if desired.

Notes
Marinate the chicken for extra flavor before cooking. Customize the fillings as desired, but avoid overstuffing each roll.
