Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, basil, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker. Add halved baby red potatoes and baby carrots around the chicken.
  3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables and toss gently to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, basting the chicken every hour.
  5. Add the green beans to the slow cooker approximately 30 minutes before serving.
  6. For crispy skin, broil the chicken after cooking for 3 to 4 minutes if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy with your choice of sides.
