- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, basil, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker. Add halved baby red potatoes and baby carrots around the chicken.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables and toss gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, basting the chicken every hour.
- Add the green beans to the slow cooker approximately 30 minutes before serving.
- For crispy skin, broil the chicken after cooking for 3 to 4 minutes if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy with your choice of sides.
