Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the neutral oil, heating until shimmering.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it into smaller pieces. Cook for 6-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the turkey and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in most of the sliced green onions, reserving some for garnish.
  8. Serve over rice, in lettuce cups, or tossed with noodles, garnished with reserved green onions.
