Cooking Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the neutral oil, heating until shimmering.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it into smaller pieces. Cook for 6-7 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with the turkey and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.
- Stir in most of the sliced green onions, reserving some for garnish.
- Serve over rice, in lettuce cups, or tossed with noodles, garnished with reserved green onions.
