Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Toss chicken with poultry seasoning and add to skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Melt unsalted butter, mix with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Spread this mixture over the cut sides of the bread and toast for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir continuously, then mix in Parmesan cheese and additional parsley. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread, layer with sautéed chicken, and top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
