  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For a crispy, cheesy crust.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the browned beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll refrigerated biscuit dough into 1/4-inch thick circles; scoop about 2 tablespoons of filling into each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each bomb.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Let cool for a couple of minutes and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
