- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Season the browned beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll refrigerated biscuit dough into 1/4-inch thick circles; scoop about 2 tablespoons of filling into each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each bomb.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
