- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions, then roll it out on a floured surface.
- Brush melted butter over the puff pastry and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Cut the pastry into 1-inch wide strips, twist each strip 4-5 times, and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush the twisted strips with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar.
