Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, cold water, and maple syrup. Stir gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage and cheddar cheese gently, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Spoon the batter into greased muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
