  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

For the Filling
  • 8 ounces Crab Meat Optional
  • 1 cup Spinach Well-drained
  • 1 cup Artichokes Chopped, canned or fresh
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be a substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Adjust to liking
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs Gluten-free options available
  • 1 cup Cheese Mozzarella or pepperjack
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs Fresh herbs preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice and Zest
For Serving
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter For garlic butter dill sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill Can be omitted

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Butterfly the large shrimp and coat them with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. In a bowl, combine the filling ingredients until well mixed.
  4. Stuff the butterflied shrimp with the filling and arrange on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until shrimp are opaque and filling is heated through.
  6. Melt unsalted butter and sauté minced garlic, adding fresh dill to create the sauce.
  7. Serve the stuffed shrimp drizzled with the garlic butter dill sauce and lemon wedges on the side.
