- Preheat your oven to 500ºF and heat a pizza stone or steel for 40-45 minutes.
- Prepare garlic oil by mixing grated garlic with olive oil and let sit.
- Grate mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan, then mix them in a bowl.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into an 11-12" circle.
- Brush the dough with garlic oil, sprinkle red pepper flakes, layer with cheese, and add ricotta and optionally sesame seeds.
- Bake the pizza on the stone or steel for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh arugula and additional parmesan after baking.
