Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500ºF and heat a pizza stone or steel for 40-45 minutes.
  2. Prepare garlic oil by mixing grated garlic with olive oil and let sit.
  3. Grate mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan, then mix them in a bowl.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into an 11-12" circle.
  5. Brush the dough with garlic oil, sprinkle red pepper flakes, layer with cheese, and add ricotta and optionally sesame seeds.
  6. Bake the pizza on the stone or steel for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh arugula and additional parmesan after baking.
