Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Slice the soft French bread in half horizontally and place the two halves cut side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Melt 3/4 cup of unsalted butter over low heat and add in 4 finely minced garlic cloves; steep for about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of dried parsley flakes into the melted garlic butter.
  5. Generously coat the cut sides of the bread with the garlic butter mixture.
