  • 8 mini Mini Croissants Perfectly flaky base
For the Filling
  • 8 slices Deli Ham Black Forest recommended
  • 8 slices Muenster Cheese Can substitute with Swiss or Cheddar
For the Spread
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Stoneground Mustard Or regular mustard
Optional Add-Ins
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives Can substitute with green onions

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients for easy assembly.
  2. Slice the mini croissants in half horizontally. Mix mayonnaise and stoneground mustard in a bowl. Spread mixture on the inside of each croissant half.
  3. Layer each croissant with a slice of deli ham followed by a slice of Muenster cheese, then close with the other half.
  4. Arrange assembled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melty and croissants are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Serve warm, optionally garnished with chopped chives.
