- In another bowl, beat pumpkin purée, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and oats for streusel topping.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle streusel on top. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Prepare the maple glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk/cream.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread, slice, and serve.
