Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Step 3: First Rise - Shape dough into a ball, cover, and let rise for 30-45 minutes until doubled.
  4. Step 4: Shape the Dough - Punch down, shape or divide into buns. Let rest for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Apply Egg Wash & Bake - Preheat oven to 350°F, brush with egg yolk, bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Cool & Serve - Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
