For the Noodles
  • 8 oz ramen noodles fresh ramen is preferred
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream can substitute with half-and-half or coconut milk
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional for milder taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated, add more for extra creaminess
  • 1 tbsp lime juice for brightness

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the ramen noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, cayenne pepper, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir for 3-4 minutes until well combined and creamy.
  5. Return the chicken and noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them with the sauce and heating for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning; squeeze lime juice over the top before serving in bowls.
