Cooking Steps
- Cook the ramen noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, cayenne pepper, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir for 3-4 minutes until well combined and creamy.
- Return the chicken and noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them with the sauce and heating for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; squeeze lime juice over the top before serving in bowls.
