Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Add the shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers to the bowl with dressing and stir gently.
  3. Take sub rolls, slice them open, and layer the meats and provolone cheese.
  4. Preheat broiler to high, place sandwiches on baking sheet, and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Add fresh tomato slices and seasoning on top of each sandwich.
  6. Spoon the salad mixture generously over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
