Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, poultry seasoning, chopped chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper until creamy.
  2. Take two slices of nutty bread and spread the herbed mayo generously on one side of each slice.
  3. On one slice of prepared bread, layer a slice of cheese if desired, followed by lettuce.
  4. Lay thick slices of leftover turkey on the lettuce and drizzle cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  5. Place the second slice of bread mayo side down on top of the turkey and press gently to meld layers.
  6. Serve immediately with sweet potato fries or salad.
