Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.
