Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough into a 12" by 15" rectangle and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by parmesan cheese.
- Layer with heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, and artichoke hearts.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden-brown.
- Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Top with burrata, prosciutto, and arugula.
- Drizzle with basil pesto and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Slice and serve immediately.
