Ingredients
  

For the Flat Bread Base
  • 1 package Pizza Dough homemade or store-bought
For the Cheeses
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded or vegan mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded or nutritional yeast
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese, torn into chunks or ricotta
For the Toppings
  • ¼ cup Artichoke Hearts, quartered and roughly chopped canned varieties
  • ¼ cup Castelvetrano Olives, pitted and halved any green olives can work
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved or grape tomatoes
  • 1 small Heirloom Tomato, thinly sliced any ripe variety
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto, torn into strips omit for vegetarian
  • 1 cup Baby Arugula or spinach
For Drizzling and Seasoning
  • ¼ cup Basil Pesto homemade or store-bought
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a 12" by 15" rectangle and brush with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by parmesan cheese.
  4. Layer with heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, olives, and artichoke hearts.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden-brown.
  6. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Top with burrata, prosciutto, and arugula.
  8. Drizzle with basil pesto and sprinkle with black pepper.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.
