Step-wise Instructions

  4. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated for about 30-60 seconds.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture on low speed until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula to ensure even distribution.
  7. Fold in the mini marshmallows and marshmallow fluff if using, creating the signature swirl.
  8. Drop rounded dough onto the lined baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set and the centers appear soft.
  10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
