  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar Can substitute with dark brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Or almond extract
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Half creamy and half chunky
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Topping
  • 1 cup REESE'S PIECES Can substitute with chocolate chips or omit

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 11 x 13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add granulated sugar and light brown sugar, mixing until well combined.
  4. Slowly beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and baking powder until evenly blended.
  6. Gently fold the flour mixture into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
  7. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan and top with REESE'S PIECES, gently pressing them into the batter.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm and center jiggles slightly. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before lifting out and slicing.
