Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Melt the unsalted butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
- Pour the batter directly over the melted butter in the baking dish without stirring.
- In another bowl, mix peaches with remaining sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated.
- Spoon peach mixture evenly over the batter in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until the cobbler top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Allow the cobbler to cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
