- If using rotisserie chicken, shred or dice about 2 cups of it. If cooking raw chicken, sauté it for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- In the skillet, heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook minced garlic for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden.
- Add the prepared chicken to the skillet and stir until fully coated, then remove from heat and add shredded cheese until melted.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture down the center. Roll tightly like a burrito.
- In the skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter and cook the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Let the wraps rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing and garnish with parsley if desired.
