  • 1 package Oreo Cookies Can substitute with favorite chocolate cookies.
Frosting
  • 1 cup Vanilla Frosting Store-bought or homemade; can tint orange.
Topping
  • 1 cup Halloween Sprinkles For decoration.
  • 12 pieces Chocolate Kisses Unwrapped for assembly.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Tint vanilla frosting with a few drops of food coloring.
  2. Fill a piping bag with the tinted frosting.
  3. Pipe frosting onto the center of each Oreo cookie.
  4. Sprinkle Halloween-themed sprinkles atop the frosting.
  5. Press an unwrapped chocolate kiss into the center of the frosted Oreo.
  6. Repeat the assembly with remaining cookies.
  7. Serve on a festive platter or store in an airtight container for up to three days.
