  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them skin-side down on the baking tray and drizzle olive oil over each fillet.
  4. Press the Parmesan mixture evenly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
