- Gather and chop the vegetables. Cook the lo mein noodles until al dente, drain, and toss with a splash of sesame oil.
- Heat oil in a skillet, add chicken, and sauté for 6-8 minutes until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry bell peppers and carrots for 3-4 minutes. Add green onions in the last minute.
- Return chicken and noodles to the skillet, add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and spices. Toss together for 2-3 minutes.
