  • 2 cups Steamed Veggies Frozen veggies work well.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the chicken cooks, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the prepared teriyaki sauce over cooked chicken and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Serve over bowls of rice or quinoa, topped with steamed veggies, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.
