- Pour 4 cups of filtered water into a medium saucepan and heat over medium-high until boiling.
- Remove from heat, add 2-3 green tea bags and fresh mint sprigs. Cover and steep for 15-45 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and mint, stir in honey until dissolved.
- In a large pitcher, combine tea with 2 cups of cold water and fill with ice.
