Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pour 4 cups of filtered water into a medium saucepan and heat over medium-high until boiling.
  2. Remove from heat, add 2-3 green tea bags and fresh mint sprigs. Cover and steep for 15-45 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and mint, stir in honey until dissolved.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine tea with 2 cups of cold water and fill with ice.
  5. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with mint sprigs or lemon.
