- Prepare the noodles by cooking udon noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté sliced boneless chicken breast for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry bell peppers and carrots in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until softened yet crunchy.
