  • 3-4 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil for sautéing
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the noodles by cooking udon noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté sliced boneless chicken breast for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry bell peppers and carrots in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until softened yet crunchy.
  4. Combine cooked chicken and drained udon noodles with the vegetables. Add soy sauce and vegetable broth, tossing until well-coated.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and stir until fragrant. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
  6. Serve the Yaki Udon Noodles plated with optional extra soy sauce for flavor.
