Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate the special sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side. Spread special sauce over each tortilla, layer with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and optional pickles.
  4. Fold sides of the tortilla inward and roll from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve warm.
