- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate the special sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
