Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the surface with olive oil.
  3. Divide the beef into eight equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball into a patty about ½ inch thick.
  4. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until done.
  5. Lower the heat to medium. Brush one side of a tortilla with melted butter and place it butter-side down on the grill.
  6. On one half of the tortilla, layer cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, one cooked beef patty, diced onions, sliced pickles, and diced tomatoes.
  7. Fold the tortilla over the filling and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Repeat the process with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  9. Let cooked quesadillas rest for a minute, then slice into wedges. Serve with lettuce, ketchup, and mustard.
