Cooking Steps
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef for 5–7 minutes.
- Lower heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili oil, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately, garnished as desired.
