Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Carefully cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the greased baking dish.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon and optional breakfast sausage until crispy and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until just slightly undercooked, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Layer the crispy bacon and sausage on the bottom halves of the buns, followed by the scrambled eggs and shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese layer and press down gently.
  9. Melt some butter and drizzle it over the top of the assembled sliders.
