Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the refrigerated crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Separate into 8 triangles.
  3. On each triangle, place 2 slices of deli roast beef and half a piece of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Starting from the wide end of each triangle, roll the dough towards the point and tuck the ends slightly.
  5. Place the rolled crescents on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  6. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix the Au Jus according to package instructions and heat gently.
  8. Serve the crescents hot alongside the warm Au Jus for dipping.
