Preparation Steps
- Gather all your ingredients for the Mushroom and Tofu Stir-Fry. Dice the tofu, clean and slice the mushrooms, and chop the bell pepper and onion.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed tofu and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Push tofu to the side of the pan. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté for about 4 minutes until softened, then add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle in soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions. Serve on a platter or in bowls.
