Ingredients
  

Tofu and Vegetables
  • 14 ounces firm tofu cubed
  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 0.5 onion chopped
Cooking Oils and Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash red chili flakes
Garnish
  • 1 handful green onions chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Mushroom and Tofu Stir-Fry. Dice the tofu, clean and slice the mushrooms, and chop the bell pepper and onion.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed tofu and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Push tofu to the side of the pan. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté for about 4 minutes until softened, then add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions. Serve on a platter or in bowls.
