Preparation Steps
  1. In a spacious bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, sriracha, and a pinch of salt. Form into balls about 4 ounces each.
  2. Preheat a flat top grill or cast iron griddle over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Place the beef balls onto the hot grill and press down on each ball to flatten them to about ½-inch thick.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and add cheese on top.
  5. Butter the cut sides of brioche buns and place them cut-side down on the grill until golden brown.
  6. Spread house sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer with lettuce, tomato, onions, and the cooked patty, then top with the other half.
