Preparation Steps
- In a spacious bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, sriracha, and a pinch of salt. Form into balls about 4 ounces each.
- Preheat a flat top grill or cast iron griddle over high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Place the beef balls onto the hot grill and press down on each ball to flatten them to about ½-inch thick.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and add cheese on top.
- Butter the cut sides of brioche buns and place them cut-side down on the grill until golden brown.
- Spread house sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer with lettuce, tomato, onions, and the cooked patty, then top with the other half.
