Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cut the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl with the chopped vegetables.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the sausage and veggies, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  5. Spread the sausage and vegetable mixture on a large sheet pan in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through until the sausage is browned and veggies are tender.
  7. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving for a vibrant touch.
