Ingredients
  

For the Hand Pies
  • 1 package Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 4 oz Chocolate Bars chopped or chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Miniature Marshmallows add more for extra indulgence
  • 1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers almond flour for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Egg Wash optional, for brushing

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pie crust and cut out 12 circles using a cookie cutter.
  3. Combine chopped chocolate bars, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling onto the center of half the dough circles.
  5. Place another pie crust circle on top, press edges to seal, and crimp with a fork.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter or egg wash and sprinkle reserved crushed graham crackers.
  7. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes before serving.
