Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the refrigerated pie crust and cut out 12 circles using a cookie cutter.
- Combine chopped chocolate bars, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling onto the center of half the dough circles.
- Place another pie crust circle on top, press edges to seal, and crimp with a fork.
- Brush tops with melted butter or egg wash and sprinkle reserved crushed graham crackers.
- Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes before serving.
