Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a medium casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, and whip until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken, spinach, and artichoke hearts until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden-brown.
  8. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
