  • 12 pieces Cherry Tomatoes Firm and ripe for best flavor
  • 12 pieces Basil Leaves Fresh only, avoid dried
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Can substitute with light oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar For a sweet-tangy kick

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and drain the mozzarella ciliegine.
  2. Lightly oil your silicone skull molds and position them on a sturdy baking sheet.
  3. Place one mozzarella ball into each skull cavity of the mold and press down gently.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes until mozzarella softens but doesn't melt completely.
  5. Press each mozzarella ball firmly into the mold to define skull shapes.
  6. Chill the molds in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Repeat the process with any remaining mozzarella ciliegine.
  8. Assemble your skewers by threading one skull, a basil leaf, and a cherry tomato onto bamboo picks.
  9. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar, drizzle over the skewers or serve on the side.
